About the Position

At delaware, we are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant Dynamics CE to join our innovative team. If you have a passion for Dynamics and CRM, and you thrive in a customer-facing role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

As a Functional Consultant, you will:

• Have a passion for marketing, sales, or service.
• Enjoy working customer-facing and derive energy from helping them reach their goals.
• Take the lead in projects, from pre-sales and workshops to analysis, customizing, documentation, and training, up until the go-live.
• Understand and gather customers' needs, challenge them, and translate them into sustainable solutions.
• Help improve our way of working and coach junior colleagues.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of professional experience as a Dynamics CE consultant or similar tool, with a focus on Service, sales, and/or marketing.
• Experience working closely with customers.
• Excellent listener and communicator, fluent in Dutch/French and English.
• Sharp, analytical mind and ability to translate problems into IT solutions.
• Instinctively understand business needs and ask plenty of questions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
• Solid understanding of marketing processes.

With us, you’ll be involved in a wide range of innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, guiding our customers through their transformation into a Customer Engagement platform. Our team consists of 40 professionals, each with their own strengths and knowledge, working closely together in a true project mode.
