About the Position

In this role you will
- Manage the end-to-end game design process for Talking Tom and Friends IP games.
- Collaborate with product, art, and engineering leads to implement gameplay mechanics, monetization systems, and player progression.
- Implement creative vision and maintain design quality across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analyze gameplay data, player feedback, and market trends to provide information for design decisions.
- Champion fun, intuitive, accessible gameplay tailored to mobile platforms.
- Present clear documentation and pitches to internal stakeholders and team members.
Requirements
- A hands-on, creative approach to projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Passion for mobile games-especially casual and hybrid casual genres.
- Deep understanding of game design principles, systems thinking, and behavioral economics.
- Strong understanding of player behaviors and motivations across target audiences.
- Strong balance between creative intuition and analytical thinking.
- Comfortable taking ownership and pushing projects forward with minimal oversight.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to navigate cross-disciplinary areas.
- Positive, make-it-happen, lead-by-example attitude.
Your experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in game design.
- Proven track record shipping mobile titles, ideally in the casual, and/or hybrid casual space.
- Hands-on experience with Unity or other game engines.
- Familiarity with live ops, A/B testing, and working with game analytics.
- Bonus: Background in UX, product design, and/or economy design.

Compensation
Initial salary for the position will be shared prior to the first interview.
