About the Position

1KOMMA5° is seeking a (Senior) Go to Market Scaling Manager - Germany (m/f/d) to join our team in optimizing and scaling our energy optimization platform, Heartbeat AI. Responsibilities

• Optimize the performance, positioning, and monetization of Heartbeat AI within the German market.
• Fine-tune pricing, packaging, and go-to-market execution.
• Develop new positioning ideas and validate fresh angles.
• Understand unit economics to shape monetization strategy.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Track performance across the German market and identify areas for improvement.
• Operate with significant cross-functional influence.
• Report to the Go-to-Market Director and work with senior leadership.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar commercial, product, or GTM role, ideally within the tech and energy industry.
• Confidence in optimizing an established market.
• Structured approach to managing multiple initiatives and dependencies.
• Ambitious and impact-driven with strong influencing skills.
• Strong grasp of unit economics and ability to translate insights into pricing and product strategy.
• Fluent in both German and English (C1/C2), written and verbal.
• Comfortable working closely with Tech, Sales, and Marketing teams.
