About the Client

Our client is a burgeoning iGaming operator gearing up for its initial launch in India. With a scalable business model, the company plans to expand into Latin America, Asia, and other international regions. They provide engaging gaming experiences and are committed to reaching a global audience.

Role Overview

As a Senior Graphic & Motion Designer, you will have the opportunity to influence the creative direction of international marketing campaigns. You will create compelling visuals and animations that captivate audiences and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create static and animated advertising creatives for performance marketing.
• Develop visual concepts for acquisition, retention, and special promotion campaigns.
• Prepare assets for various platforms, including Meta, Google, YouTube, and local partner channels.
• Produce creative variations for A/B testing and rapid iteration.
• Create short video edits, motion graphics, and localization-ready layouts.
• Analyze creative performance in collaboration with the CMO, media buying, and BI/Data teams.
• Build and maintain a reusable creative library with structured naming and version control.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and localization efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion creatives for international performance marketing campaigns.
• Proven experience in iGaming, betting, crypto, affiliate marketing, or other high-risk/performance-driven industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing principles, including creative testing and optimization.
• Ability to deliver high-quality creatives in a fast-paced environment without detailed brand guidelines.
• Languages: English, Russian.
