Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities
- Develop visually appealing digital marketing materials, including email campaigns, banners, social media graphics, promotional assets.
- Design and produce motion graphics to support digital campaigns, new product features, and storytelling efforts.
- Sometimes produce designs for events: print materials, merch, stage/booth design, etc.
- Understand target audience needs and behaviors, translating insights into compelling and user-friendly design solutions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate design into marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Create designs that adapt to different platforms and ensure optimal user experiences across diverse marketing channels.
- Maintain brand consistency in all marketing materials, adhering to established design guidelines.
- Stay updated on design trends and bring innovative ideas into marketing materials to enhance overall visual appeal.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Graphic Design experience.
- Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Blender, or similar.
- Skilled in AI tools: Midjourney / Stable diffusion, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing projects.
- Flexible and able to handle changing project needs and deadlines.
- Fluency in English (B2 and above).
Nice to Have
- Multilingual, especially in Russian.
- Experience in immersive media projects.
- Experience creating motion graphics.
- Experience in 3D.
