About the Position

We are seeking a (Senior) Graphic Designer to join our team in Berlin, specializing in creating engaging DOOH-Videos and Display Ads.

You design, create, and animate attention-grabbing DOOH-Videos and Display Ads for t-online and many other publishers
You implement graphic compositions for visual concept marketing - from teasers to landing pages, key visuals, and convincing presales presentations
You independently use AI tools for graphic support and develop your own tools to automate our workflows
You produce animated best cases and customer presentations, making campaign successes in sales and aftersales visually tangible
You develop sophisticated video animations and creative visualizations in HTML for pre-/aftersales

You have two to three years of experience in digital graphic production, with a focus on Display Advertising and Motion Design
You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and have experience with design tools like Lottie, Hype, or similar applications
You have solid knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the implementation of animated display ads
You have experience with AI-assisted graphic and video production, for example, with Midjourney, Runway, or similar tools, and ideally know Claude Code or similar development tools
Ideally, you have knowledge in 3D design with Blender and use it for creative visualizations or animations
