About the Opportunity & Team

Join our Global Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team, a dynamic and highly influential function operating across Israel and Paris, reporting directly to the GRC Director. As our organization continues to evolve following a major merger and global expansion, the GRC team plays a pivotal role in shaping how we manage risk, strengthen security, and navigate complex regulatory requirements.

This is far more than a traditional compliance role. Our team operates at the intersection of technology, security, business, and governance, with broad visibility across the organization and a meaningful voice in critical business and technology decisions.

You will work closely with key stakeholders, technical leaders, Internal auditor, Legal, Security, and business teams, contributing to strategic discussions, influencing decisions, and helping turn complex challenges into practical, business-enabling solutions.

If you enjoy being at the heart of the action, connecting the dots across teams, challenging the status quo, and making a tangible impact on how a global organization operates, this is the place for you.

About the Role

As a Senior GRC Analyst, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our security, risk, and compliance practices across a global, fast-evolving organization. You’ll take ownership of meaningful initiatives, from supporting external audits and conducting risk assessments to evaluating new technologies and improving compliance processes. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll help turn complex requirements into practical solutions, enabling innovation while maintaining strong security and compliance standards. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, influence decisions, and help shape how GRC works across the organization.

Responsibilities

GRC Frameworks & Compliance

  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of GRC frameworks, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Assist in ensuring alignment with applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal compliance requirements.
  • Review existing processes and controls, identify compliance gaps, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Support the implementation of regulatory and compliance requirements across business and technical teams.

Risk Management & Assessments

  • Perform risk assessments covering internal processes, infrastructure, applications, and third-party vendors.
  • Assess security, privacy, and compliance risks associated with new tools, systems, and technologies.
  • Identify control weaknesses and potential risks, document findings, and work with relevant stakeholders on mitigation activities.
  • Follow up on remediation plans and track identified risks through resolution.

Audit & Compliance Support

  • Support internal and external audits, including SOX ITGC, ISO 27001/27017/27032, TISAX, SOC 1, and other applicable frameworks.
  • Assist with audit preparation, evidence collection, documentation reviews, and control testing.
  • Work closely with auditors and internal control owners to address audit requests and clarify compliance requirements.
  • Track audit findings, follow up on remediation activities, and support ongoing audit readiness.
  • Perform periodic compliance reviews to verify that controls are implemented and operating effectively.

Customer Assurance & Regulatory Compliance

  • Prepare responses to customer security and compliance questionnaires.
  • Support customer due diligence requests, security assessments, and customer audits.
  • Collect and validate supporting documentation for customer and regulatory compliance requests.
  • Assist in reviewing regulatory requirements and assessing their impact on internal processes and controls.
  • Work with Legal, Security, IT, and business stakeholders to address regulatory and compliance-related matters.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with IT, Security, Engineering, Legal, Procurement, and business teams on GRC-related activities.
  • Provide practical guidance to stakeholders regarding security controls, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation.
  • Support the translation of regulatory and compliance requirements into actionable operational and technical tasks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, track open action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

  • Core Experience: Demonstrated senior-level experience operating in a GRC capacity within a fast-paced, publicly traded, or large enterprise environment.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of IT/R&D Operations processes, global compliance regulations, and corporate governance frameworks.
  • External Audit & Regulatory Engagement: Proven ability to confidently represent and defend the company's compliance posture, risk management practices, and security controls before external auditors, regulators, and certification bodies. Ability to challenge findings when justified, provide well-supported explanations, and effectively negotiate practical remediation approaches.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex security and compliance requirements into clear, actionable business expectations. Skilled at explaining the rationale, importance, and risks behind requirements, driving understanding, alignment, and accountability across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Business Enablement & Risk-Based Thinking: Strong business-oriented mindset, acting as a trusted advisor and enabler rather than a blocker. Ability to balance business objectives, operational efficiency, and innovation with necessary security and compliance requirements, identifying pragmatic solutions without compromising critical controls.
  • Proactivity & Ownership: Highly proactive, solution-oriented professional with the confidence to challenge decisions, influence stakeholders, and independently drive compliance initiatives to completion.

Bonus Points

  • Prior experience navigating massive organizational change or post-merger ecosystem scaling.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or CISM).
  • Dual-domain fluency: You uniquely combine rigorous enterprise legal/compliance expertise with deep technical infrastructure knowledge.

We Offer

  • Meaningful Work, Real Impact: Take ownership of challenging GRC activities, contribute your expertise, and see the direct impact of your work across the organization.
  • Global Exposure & Exciting Challenges: Gain experience in a complex, global technology environment reaching 2.2 billion users monthly and handling 18 billion ad opportunities every day.
  • Collaborate with Great Minds: Work alongside talented professionals across Security, Engineering, IT, Legal, and business teams in over 30 markets.
  • A Team That Supports You: Join a collaborative, open-minded environment where knowledge sharing, mutual trust, and teamwork are part of everyday life.
  • Grow Your Expertise: Deepen your technical and regulatory knowledge through hands-on challenges, professional certifications, training, and continuous learning opportunities.

If you're passionate about GRC, enjoy solving complex challenges, and want your expertise to make a real difference, we'd love to have you on our team.
