About the Role

JTL is one of the leading providers of e-commerce software in the German-speaking region – with around 450 employees in the corporate group and more than 50,000 customers from various industries. We develop scalable, flexible solutions for the online commerce of the future – from ERP systems to shop and marketplace integrations.

You will become part of our Group Finance Team, which we are currently building. We prepare the monthly group consolidation for all companies, are responsible for our group accounting policies, and keep our group data in LucaNet clean and comparable. We are looking for people who like to build structures and documentation instead of waiting for them.

Responsibilities

• You will create the monthly and annual group consolidation for all companies in LucaNet together with external partners
• You will be responsible for our group accounting policies and answer accounting questions within the group
• You will review the financial statements of our companies before consolidation and clarify open issues
• You will improve our group data base from chart of accounts policies and mirrors to tracking our central key performance indicators
• You will automate the raw data import and checks via the LucaNet interface

Requirements

• You have 4+ years of experience in group accounting and/or auditing
• You have solid knowledge of HGB and apply it confidently in daily business
• You have practical consolidation experience across multiple companies
• You have already worked with LucaNet
• You communicate clearly in German and English, both in writing and verbally
• You like to build processes and documentation in a growing group

Nice to Have

• Experience in a private-equity-backed group or with the integration of newly acquired companies
• DATEV experience
• Interest in automation and AI tools
