Your Tasks

We are looking for a senior, hands-on growth marketer to own our paid channel strategy and make our media investment work harder.

You will connect audience insight, creative campaigns, data, and technology into a repeatable brand-to-demand engine.

You can set direction, get into the platforms, challenge weak signals, and show what is working in terms the business understands.

• Channel and investment strategy: You build a full-funnel media plan tied to FTAPI's target accounts, buying groups, priority campaigns, and pipeline goals. You balance demand creation with demand capture and make budget trade-offs clear.
• Campaign execution: You plan, launch, and optimize paid search, paid social, programmatic display, sponsored content, and retargeting. You test digital out-of-home and emerging channels where there is a sound audience and measurement case. You own budgets, pacing, and agency or vendor performance, and execute directly when needed.
• Audience and creative effectiveness: You use account, persona, intent, and first-party insight to shape targeting and journeys. You work with Product Marketing, Campaigns, Brand, and Sales to test messages, offers, creative, and landing pages for CIOs, CISOs, and other decision-makers.
• Measurement and commercial impact: You partner with Marketing Operations and RevOps to connect media activity to CRM opportunities and revenue. You establish conversion, naming, UTM, tracking QA, and reporting standards. You use attribution as one input to investment decisions and explain its limits clearly.
• A scalable operating model: You build briefs, targeting rules, creative requirements, launch checklists, and campaign blueprints that improve the speed and consistency of activation.
• Experimentation and AI: You run a disciplined test roadmap across audiences, creative, landing pages, and channel mix. You use AI to accelerate research, analysis, creative iteration, reporting, and workflow automation, with human review and clear measures of impact.

Your Profile

• Substantial hands-on B2B paid media and growth experience, ideally with complex technology and mid-market or enterprise buying groups.
• Evidence that your work improved qualified pipeline, opportunity progression, or revenue, not just clicks and lead volume.
• Strong command of search and paid social, plus judgment about when other channels merit investment. You can challenge platform defaults and agency recommendations.
• Fluency in CRM-linked measurement, conversion tracking, experimentation, funnel analysis, and budget allocation.
• A practical AI-enabled approach: you can describe workflows you've built, what they improved, and how you checked their outputs.
• Commercial judgment and ownership: you diagnose problems, recommend action, and follow through without waiting for a perfect brief.
• The ability to turn complex performance data into clear recommendations for Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and senior leadership.
• You work confidently in German and English (C1).
