Responsibilities

• Develop your own ideas on how Getsafe can grow faster and actively decide what we test.
• Design and produce campaigns, videos, websites, social content, and brand assets independently.
• Develop our brand across all channels and ensure Getsafe remains distinctive.
• Ship quickly, test consistently, and iterate based on data and user feedback.
• Use AI tools daily to bring quality and speed to a new level.
• Work directly with the CEO, leadership, and growth team on the company's most important growth initiatives.

Requirements

• You have implemented and published your own projects - apps, campaigns, websites, videos, or other creative works.
• You learn quickly, constantly try new things, and feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a lot of responsibility.
• You have a good sense of how modern digital content looks and feels, and you can explain why something works or doesn't.
• You can explain the measurable impact of your work (e.g., conversion, CTR, sign-ups, engagement) - or why something didn't work.
• AI is an integral part of your workflow. You use tools like Claude, Midjourney, Flux, ElevenLabs, Kling, or Cursor as a fixed part of your work.
• You speak fluent German and English.
