Responsibilities

• Development and verification of modern electronic hardware components for civil aviation
• Further development and technical optimization of existing hardware modules
• Management and technical support of external development partners
• Creation of precise technical documentation, circuit diagrams, and layouts
• Optimization of design with regard to thermal performance and EMC requirements
• Planning, execution, and evaluation of tests as well as commissioning of assemblies
• Continuous maintenance of development-related documentation
• Participation in qualifications according to aviation-specific standards

Requirements

• Completed degree or training in electrical engineering/electronics or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in electronics hardware development, ideally in the aviation sector
• Solid experience in circuit diagram and PCB development, preferably with Altium Designer
• Experience in EMC-compliant PCB design
• Experience with hardware testing and measurement technology as well as a good understanding of PCB and assembly
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in FPGA development and knowledge of DO-160 is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
