About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Hogan ILP Developer with 10+ years of experience to join our team in the United States, working remotely on a staff augmentation basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide Hogan ILP development capability
- Technical design, coding, unit testing, support for advanced testing, and production migration
- Proficiency in Hogan ILP is a must, with preference for additional knowledge and experience in Hogan CIS
Requirements

Must have:
- Proven Hogan ILP knowledge and experience
- Mainframe/COBOL skills
- 10+ years of experience with Hogan
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with software design, software development life cycle, and development methodologies and implementation
- Strong communication skills

Nice to have:
- Knowledge and experience in other Hogan applications, specifically Hogan CIS
Languages
- English: C2 Proficient
