About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Hogan RPM Developer with 10+ years of experience for a staff augmentation role in Canada, focusing on Hogan Reporting & Profitability Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide Hogan RPM development capability
- Technical design, coding, unit testing, support for advanced testing, and production migration
- Proficiency in Hogan RPM is a must
- Preference for additional knowledge and experience in Hogan IDS and CIS
Requirements

Must have:
- Proven Hogan RPM knowledge and experience
- Hogan Technical
- Mainframe/COBOL
- 10+ years of Hogan experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with software design, software development life cycle, and development methodologies and implementation
- Strong communication skills

Nice to have:
- Knowledge and experience in other Hogan applications, especially Hogan IDS and CIS
Languages
- English: C2 Proficient
