About the Position
We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join our team in Leeds, Haslemere, or Birmingham. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR advice and support to the management team and employees.
- Manage employee relations cases and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR Manager with change management initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
