About the Position
Cpl HR Recruitment is partnering with a leading international organization to appoint a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to support business leaders across Ireland and the UK. This is a highly visible role for a commercially focused HR professional who enjoys influencing at senior level, driving organizational change, and building strong relationships across multiple locations. Regular travel to various sites throughout Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK is a key part of the role.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Lead on organizational change, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations and performance matters.
- Drive employee engagement, leadership development, and retention initiatives.
- Use HR data and insights to influence decision-making and improve business performance.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver best-in-class people solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a complex, multi-site environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, organizational change, and stakeholder management.
- Commercially astute with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders.
- Comfortable traveling regularly across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK.
- Degree qualified, with CIPD or equivalent professional qualification desirable.

- Competitive salary range of €80,000 - €105,000 per year.
