About the Position
Stratasys is leading the global shift to additive manufacturing with innovative 3D printing solutions for industries such as aerospace, automotive, consumer products, and healthcare. We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner EMEA to join our international team in Rheinmünster, DE.
Responsibilities
- Consultation and Coaching: Provide consultation and coaching to executives on all HR-related topics.
- Process Management: Manage central processes such as performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations and complex legal issues.
- Organizational Design: Act as a sparring partner for organizational design, change processes, and team structures.
- HR Measures Implementation: Derive and implement concrete HR measures from business requirements.
- Leadership Coaching: Coach executives on leadership, communication, and employee development.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with global HR functions to implement international initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Analyze relevant HR metrics and use data for decision support.
Requirements
- Experience: Several years of experience as a (Senior) HR Business Partner in an international environment.
- Legal Knowledge: Solid knowledge of German labor law.
- Organizational Experience: Experience in a complex, matrix-organized organization.
- Skills: Strong consulting, communication, and influencing skills.
- Attributes: Pragmatism, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English.
