Fonds Finanz, Germany's leading all-finance broker pool, is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Munich. If you thrive in a modern, owner-managed company with flat hierarchies and are passionate about personal development, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for the management, leaders, and employees in your areas of responsibility, providing advice on all HR-related topics.
• Manage and support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle and contribute to workforce planning.
• Proactively introduce initiatives and actively participate in both your areas of responsibility and HR.
• Ensure the professional execution of all existing HR processes and guidelines in the company and contribute to their continuous improvement.
• Coach and support new leaders in your areas of responsibility.
• Participate in the continuous development of the HR department (programs, interfaces, processes, etc.).
• Lead or participate in company-wide HR projects.
• Support recruiters during interviews and act as a partner in the selection process when needed.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a university degree with a focus on Human Resource Management or equivalent education in Human Resources.
• Extensive professional experience in a generalist HR department, ideally in HR Business Partnering or Employee Support.
• View changes as opportunities and feel comfortable in a modern, dynamic, owner-managed company with flat hierarchies.
• Organizational talent with the ability to set priorities and maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations.
• Empathetic, communicative, and positive attitude with a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
• Good knowledge of labor law.
• Knowledge of the HR management system Rexx is a plus but not mandatory.
