About the Position
We're partnering with a growing luxury fashion brand to recruit a Senior HR Manager on a 12-month maternity cover contract based in West London. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of the HR department during the absence of the primary HR Manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the HR department in the absence of the primary HR Manager
- Manage employee relations, recruitment, and HR policies
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in a similar industry
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
We Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £75,000 per annum
