About the Position
Metalor, headquartered in Marin (NE), is a global leader in the refining of precious metals and their applications.
Founded in 1852 and present in 13 countries, the Metalor Group consists of
3 business units: Refining, Electrotechnics, and Advanced Coatings.
We employ more than 1,300 people worldwide and are in search of performance, while working in a spirit of openness and transparency.
For our Group Human Resources department at the Marin (NE) site, we are looking for a:
Senior HR, SIRH Project Manager
Responsibilities
Success Factor Project (~70%):
- Lead the migration project from SAP HCM to Success Factor within budget, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Coordinate the different project stakeholders (integrator, IT, BPO, local HR).
- Ensure the reliability, consistency, and quality of HR data and monitor it.
- Keep the global organizational structure up to date.
- Provide support to local HR on global HR processes and the use of the system. Accompany the system's different users/employees through change.
Support for the VP of HR (~30%):
- Identify areas for optimization of HR processes.
- Participate in various group projects.
- Reports and analyses on various HR Group topics.
Requirements
- Higher education in human resources and project management.
- Proven experience as an HR manager and project manager.
- Excellent proficiency in SAP Success Factor and SAP HCM.
- Comfort with numbers and very good command of Excel.
- Analytical and synthetic mind, autonomy, rigor, and precision.
- Good team spirit and resistance to stress.
- Excellent command of French and English.
