About the Position

Senior Implementation Consultant(Osaka)

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant for our Osaka office to lead new Box customer implementations and ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new Box customers, including project planning and resource management.
• Develop and execute implementation plans for each customer, ensuring successful initial deployment and user adoption.
• Manage project progress, challenges, and risks, and report status to stakeholders.
• Understand customer use cases and requirements, providing advice on Box's best practices for design and configuration.
• Troubleshoot customer issues during implementation.
• Assist customers with large-scale data migration projects.
• Propose end-to-end solutions considering Box and third-party product integrations.
• Collaborate with sales to create project scopes, estimates, and work breakdowns.
• Work with sales and Customer Success Management (CSM) teams to develop plans for making Box the core of customers' IT systems and future sales growth.
• Gather customer feedback and provide it to the company to improve Box's services.

Requirements

• A 4-year degree.
• Over 6 years of consulting experience (either internal IT consulting or external consulting with consulting firms or software companies).
• Project management experience and excellent customer management skills.
• Experience with enterprise-scale deployments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment and be a proactive team player.
• Fluent Japanese and advanced English reading and writing skills.
• Proficiency in SaaS implementation (experience with enterprise software is a plus).
