Senior Information Technology and Security Consultant (m/w/d)

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Information Technology and Security Consultant (m/w/d) to join our team in Germany, specializing in IT security and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Recognize customer needs and goals, and outline initial suitable processes and organizational concepts during sales meetings.
• Collaborate with your team to develop solution approaches for process optimization or application consolidation, and oversee the overall concept.
• Coordinate the creation of corresponding contributions for the offer and lead the offer presentation to the customer.
• Lead the implementation of the solution at the technical level and support the project management in collaboration with the customer during the realization of the solution.
• Model processes and systems according to recognized standards such as the NATO Architecture Framework (NAF).
• Utilize established procedures for requirements engineering, particularly the BSI IT-Grundschutz in the area of IT security requirements.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, or equivalent training as a non-commissioned officer or officer with subsequent service time.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of consultant processes/IT security or as a specialist in the defense sector.
• Certification as a Project Manager according to PMI or Prince II is required.
• Strong communicative and social skills, as well as confident customer interaction.
• Very good German and good English language skills in speech and writing.
