About the Position
Senior Intralogistics & Automation Consultant (d/w/m)

Responsibilities
- Take on a responsible role in challenging logistics planning and implementation projects, developing holistic solutions for our national and international clients.
- Create and evaluate layout variations, design material flows, and define efficient logistics and production processes, considering automation and digitalization potentials.
- Develop detailed technical and system specifications and support tendering for logistics equipment and systems in close coordination with clients and suppliers.
- Implement the concepts developed in the project at our clients' sites. Oversee the implementation phase, take responsibility for sub-projects or workstreams, and coordinate change requests.
- Actively participate in internal optimization and development projects, share your knowledge within the team, and contribute to the further development of the 4flow Knowledge Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field with excellent results.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in logistics planning, logistics engineering, process automation, logistics 4.0, or in a smart factory environment, having independently managed complex projects.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, deep process understanding, and the ability to structure and communicate complex issues.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ideally with experience in CAD software, and a good technical understanding of logistics systems and automation solutions.
- Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate confidently and convincingly with clients.
- High willingness to travel and ideally international project or foreign experience.
