Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with architecture groups and cross-functional teams to design and improve scalable, reliable APIs and systems for enterprise mobile applications
  • Partner with leaders and colleagues to define business requirements, develop, and deliver high-quality application code
  • Enforce sound development practices and ensure quality delivery of native iOS mobile solutions across the enterprise
  • Coordinate, execute, and troubleshoot software programs while evaluating emerging technologies to support organizational objectives
  • Prepare technical solution documents, architecture artifacts, and work products that guide development decisions
  • Mentor mobile developers, including associates and contractors, fostering a culture of technical growth and best practices

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on software development experience specializing in Swift, Objective-C, iOS frameworks, and mobile design patterns
  • Proven experience developing, releasing, and maintaining native iOS applications using Swift, Xcode, UIKit, and SwiftUI
  • Proficiency with mobile development tools including Xcode, Swift Package Manager, GitHub, Firebase, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Mobile Device Management solutions and Agile development frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of source control tools, specifically Git, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with financial domain experience considered a strong asset
