About the Position
Senior IT Business Analyst
We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our IT team in Poland, focusing on financial market systems and strategic financial decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into IT requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team
- Create and maintain analytical documentation
- Support and participate in testing
- Participate in the design of IT solutions
Requirements
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Skills in modeling business processes
- Creation of analytical documentation
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL (Oracle, MS SQL) for data analysis and reporting solutions
- Ability to analyze data and draw accurate conclusions
- Basic knowledge of system integration (API, REST, SOAP)
- Strong communication skills with both business and technical teams, and the ability to coordinate tasks between organizational units
- Highly developed analytical and logical thinking
Nice to Have
- Education in mathematics
- Basic knowledge of JAVA (at a level allowing code analysis)
- Familiarity with analytical techniques
- Understanding of financial market products
- Professional experience in financial institutions
