About the Position

Senior IT Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our IT team in Poland, focusing on financial market systems and strategic financial decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into IT requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team
  • Create and maintain analytical documentation
  • Support and participate in testing
  • Participate in the design of IT solutions

Requirements

  • Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
  • Skills in modeling business processes
  • Creation of analytical documentation
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL (Oracle, MS SQL) for data analysis and reporting solutions
  • Ability to analyze data and draw accurate conclusions
  • Basic knowledge of system integration (API, REST, SOAP)
  • Strong communication skills with both business and technical teams, and the ability to coordinate tasks between organizational units
  • Highly developed analytical and logical thinking

Nice to Have

  • Education in mathematics
  • Basic knowledge of JAVA (at a level allowing code analysis)
  • Familiarity with analytical techniques
  • Understanding of financial market products
  • Professional experience in financial institutions
