About the Position
We are seeking a Senior IT-Consultant with over 30 years of experience in VMware, Citrix, NetScaler, and NetApp for migration, troubleshooting, and coaching roles. Based in Oberreichenbach, Deutschland, this role offers flexibility with remote and on-site options.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation and support in VMware, Citrix, NetScaler, and NetApp environments.
- Assist with infrastructure planning, migrations, troubleshooting, and technical coaching.
- Conduct praxis-oriented workshops, knowledge transfer, and administrator training.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of professional experience.
- Expertise in VMware vSphere, vSAN, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetApp ONTAP, and more.
- Strong skills in Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux, PowerShell, SQL, and Oracle Database.
- Proven experience in project management for large enterprises, authorities, and IT service providers.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Proxmox VE, Microsoft Hyper-V, and other virtualization tools.
- Certifications such as Sophos Certified Engineer, NetApp Certified Instructor, and more.
