About the Position
2025 kwsoft, a medium-sized software manufacturer headquartered in Freiburg, Germany, is a market leader in customer communication management. We provide IT solutions to major clients in insurance, banking, energy, telecommunications, the public sector, and retail and commerce. We are seeking a (Senior) IT-Consultant Output Management (m/f/d) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Take on a leading role in customer projects for well-known clients from various industries
- Analyze functional and technical requirements in the context of digital customer communication processes
- Develop and integrate holistically designed customer communication solutions based on our software products
- Coordinate customer activities using classic and agile project management methods
- Continue education in the latest technologies and project management methods and apply this knowledge to internal projects
- Serve as a role model and top performer for colleagues, supporting them through coaching and further development
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science or comparable training with relevant professional experience
- Relevant experience in CCM and/or output management (preferably with Serie M/ or competitor products such as Inspire, Dopix, DocFamily, Thunderhead, Posy, compart, Open Text, etc.)
- Programming skills in Java EE, JavaScript, XSLT are an advantage
- Relevant experience in solution architecture and/or project management, as well as knowledge of the challenges of modern customer communication
- Very good German and good English skills
- Enthusiasm for modern IT, strong initiative, and excellent communication skills

- Experience with Serie M/, Inspire, Dopix, DocFamily, Thunderhead, Posy, compart, Open Text
