- ETRM Application Ownership & Operations: Ensure system availability and reliability.
- Business Applications Excellence: Direct engagement with senior business stakeholders to shape a Center of Excellence (COE).

- Proven experience in IT management.
- Strong understanding of ETRM and business applications.
