About the Position

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex IT projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Develop structured project plans, monitor progress, and address emerging issues with timely corrective actions
Oversee financial aspects of the project, ensuring responsible budget management and cost control
Ensure the project meets its defined objectives, including scope, quality, timelines, and expected outcomes
Maintain strategic alignment and overall coherence of the project
Provide expert input to guide the design and purpose of key project deliverables
Establish transparent communication channels with all stakeholders to support collaboration and clarity
Identify and manage dependencies with other projects, working closely with fellow project managers
Perform risk assessments and prepare mitigation measures to protect project success
Deliver regular, clear, and proactive status updates to stakeholders and sponsors
Ensure compliance with internal project governance standards and methodologies

Hands-on experience leading complex IT projects from start to finish, demonstrating strong independence and ownership
Solid understanding of modern project management methodologies, supported by relevant certifications
Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities
Confident leadership skills with a proven ability to guide, support, and motivate cross-functional teams
Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating contributions from diverse partners
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
Effective negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Familiarity with major enterprise platforms and business systems is considered advantageous
