About the Position

Senior IT Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. This is a full-time, hybrid role (40% in the office and 60% remote).

As an experienced and motivated IT Project Manager, you’ll lead a large-scale server migration project. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects. You will work closely with internal teams (Service Desk, Infra, Platform, Development, Governance, Finance, Marketing, etc.), external partners (Nutanix and a major infrastructure integrator), ensuring the project stays within the set deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects according to agreed objectives;
• Oversee the implementation of IT processes and ensure compliance with project management standards (PMBOK, PRINCE2, or similar methodologies);
• Act as the point of contact for all project-related communication, both internally and externally;
• Collaborate with internal departments and development teams to plan the migrations of their applications and understand their needs, translating them into practical solutions;
• Manage project risks and propose timely solutions to any obstacles;
• Steer project teams and ensure smooth collaboration between all parties involved;
• Prepare reports and updates to communicate progress and results to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a similar field. At least 7 years of experience in IT project management;
• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English;
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach;
• Excellent at planning, organizing, and prioritizing;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
• Thorough knowledge of IT processes and project management methodologies;
• Knowledge of IT networks and IT security solutions;
• Personal Attributes: Proactive, stress-resistant, and result-oriented.
