  • At least 5 years of experience leading complex, international IT and business transformation projects, ideally in a global manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrable experience with global rollouts and parallel workstreams, as well as managing complex organizational, technical, and regional dependencies.
  • A strong understanding of integrated end-to-end business processes in areas such as finance, HR, sales, service, manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics, as well as experience in SAP or a comparable enterprise application environment.

  • Strong business partner and stakeholder skills: understanding and constructively challenging business requirements, reconciling differing interests, and interacting confidently.
  • Communicating professionally with management, international stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and hands-on implementation skills: structuring complex situations, driving decisions forward, resolving obstacles, and consistently leading even challenging projects to success.
  • Excellent German and English language skills at the C1 level.

We Offer
