About the Position
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for CRM and reporting solutions to lead projects across Europe. Advanced MS Excel skills and AI tool use are standard.
Responsibilities
- Manage CRM and reporting projects for key clients
- Own the entire project lifecycle from analysis to go-live
- Coordinate clients and the development team (Czech and English communication)
- Travel to Prague for key leadership meetings (typically about once per week)
Requirements
- Experience leading IT projects (at least 10 projects delivered)
- Advanced MS Excel; Power BI is an advantage; basic SQL orientation is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Good Czech and English for everyday professional communication
- Independent, reliable, client-focused working style
- Active use of AI tools as part of project management
