Die Position des:r Technischen Projektmanager:in ist bei RYSM INTEGRAL angesiedelt – die standortübergreifend arbeitende Digital Experience Unit der rysm Agenturgruppe. Die Schwerpunkte von RYSM INTEGRAL sind Digital Strategie, CX-Beratung, Plattformen & Services, Datenportale & Websites.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex data-driven portals, websites, and custom digital applications from acquisition to live deployment.
• Serve as the communication interface with clients, internal teams, and external service providers.
• Prepare and conduct presentations, workshops, and retrospectives both internally and externally.
• Create cost and effort estimates, write offers, plan resources, develop project documentation, and ensure compliance with IT security guidelines and data protection regulations.
• Maintain regular oversight of timings, quality, and budgets.

Requirements

• Proficiency in project management methods from agile to waterfall.
• Familiarity with Scrum, IPMA Level C+, ITIL4, Prince2, or similar certifications is a plus.
• A completed degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• At least four years of experience with web IT projects in agencies or similar service providers.
• Strong numerical and time management skills, a good sense for UX/UI, and the ability to guide clients with foresight.
• Ability to occasionally delve into technical details.
• Self-thinking, hands-on approach, and attentiveness to the team and clients.
