Senior IT Project Manager

About the Position

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will support an IT delivery team, managing small projects and cross-system Change Requests involving multiple technology areas. The role requires autonomy, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver results in complex and evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver small IT projects, defining scope, required resources, team organization, and timelines.
• Manage the full lifecycle of cross-system Change Requests, from analysis and planning through execution, testing, and delivery.
• Assess technical and functional impacts and coordinate alignment across the teams involved.
• Monitor risks, issues, and outstanding actions, maintaining an accurate view of project status.
• Support ongoing transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote good IT governance and Change Management practices.
• Follow established project management standards and templates.
• Provide constructive feedback and contribute to team improvement.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of project management experience.
• Solid knowledge of Information Systems management.
• High proficiency in managing system implementation processes with strong integration with market middleware.
• Knowledge of Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as SharePoint, Jira, and Power BI.
• Strong organization, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage complex and stressful situations.
• Results orientation, critical thinking, flexibility, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Willingness to learn.
• Portuguese proficiency.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Spoken and written Spanish is valued.

Additional Valued Experience

• Experience with projects involving multiple system integrations.
• Consulting project experience.
• Previous experience in projects delivered in collaboration with the organization identified in the original brief.
