We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex IT projects to join our team in Brussels, Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Structure and manage priority projects involving functional, technical, and organizational changes based on business needs.
• Define and implement project governance considering existing practices and processes.
• Coordinate project teams, in liaison with project team leaders and run teams, or external suppliers.
• Lead the preparation of specifications and tender documents, prepare service or material orders.
• Drive change, ensure reporting and communication.
• Manage budgets.

• Excellent communication, structuring, and decision-making skills.

Context

You will join the Transport Solutions department within the IT division of STIB.

You will be responsible for defining and implementing various key projects within the department, with the relevant domain expertise teams, on a portfolio of critical applications serving operations.

Additional Information

The mission can be extended for a maximum duration (initial duration included) of 880 working days. The PM must ensure a "maximum" on-site working time to ensure the business/IT liaison.
