About the Position
We are seeking a Senior IT-Projektmanager with over 10 years of experience in IT project management and security for a role in Bütschwil, Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex IT projects in the banking sector and technical transformation initiatives.
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee projects from analysis through to rollout.
- Utilize both classical and agile methodologies.
- Manage requirements engineering, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Coordinate internal departments and external service providers.
- Ensure quality assurance, KPI tracking, and reporting.
Requirements
- IT-Projektmanagement: Extensive experience in managing IT projects in the banking sector.
- Software-Architektur: Proficiency in software and system architecture, design, integration, and legacy system modernization.
- IT-Security: Broad knowledge in system and application hardening, IAM, security assessments, risk analysis, penetration tests, and vulnerability management.
- Business-Analyse: Experience in business and process analysis, requirements engineering, and technical and functional requirement evaluation.
- Qualitätssicherung: Competence in software testing, quality assurance standards, KPI monitoring, stability and performance analysis, and audit and compliance support.
- Systemintegration: Long-standing experience in integrating complex systems, interfaces, data flows, and third-party systems.
