Senior IT Recruiter

About the Position

Our company is looking for an accomplished Senior IT Recruiter to become part of our Talent Acquisition function, with a mission centered on discovering and onboarding top-tier engineering talent throughout the Latin American region. Working hand-in-hand with hiring managers, you'll craft inventive sourcing approaches and take an active part in shaping hiring outcomes for demanding technical openings. This position suits someone who thrives on complex recruiting challenges, enjoys leveraging data, is curious about AI-driven tools, and constantly seeks to refine recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for technical roles throughout Latin America, from early conversations with hiring managers and market scoping all the way to a signed offer
• Take initiative in locating talent for tough-to-staff engineering openings by tapping into sourcing tools, niche communities, referral programs, and competitive market research
• Collaborate with hiring managers to pin down what they truly need, challenge assumptions where appropriate, and propose optimal recruitment tactics
• Assess candidates through interviews that examine their technical skill set, drive, communication style, and fit within the organization's culture
• Craft a standout journey for every candidate by keeping communication swift, straightforward, and considerate at each stage of the process
• Review recruitment data regularly to catch inefficiencies, lift conversion numbers, and drive ongoing enhancements to the hiring funnel
• Pilot fresh tactics, including artificial intelligence recruiting solutions, workflow automation, and novel sourcing channels, to work more efficiently and connect better with candidates
• Remain informed about developments in technology, movements within the talent landscape, and how rival companies approach recruitment

Requirements

• Minimum three years spent recruiting for engineering and technical positions within a global or cross-border business environment
• Track record of successfully locating elusive technical professionals by tapping into diverse recruitment channels
• Working knowledge of current technology ecosystems such as Java, JavaScript, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, QA, Data, and comparable domains
• Sharp interviewing technique that enables you to gauge a candidate's true potential beyond what's captured on paper
• History of teaming up with hiring managers and applying data-driven and market-based insights to shape recruitment decisions
• Direct experience navigating applicant tracking systems and adhering to organized recruitment procedures
• Familiarity with leveraging AI-based tools like ChatGPT to strengthen sourcing efforts, candidate outreach, research capabilities, or general work efficiency
• A data-oriented approach, with confidence in analyzing performance indicators to enhance recruitment results
• Fluency in English at a B2 level or above, demonstrating solid abilities in both writing and speaking
