  • Co-creating wireframes and supporting solution design activities together with UI development teams
  • Performing acceptance testing and validating delivered functionality through pull-request-based testing and other quality assurance activities
  • Coordinating release activities, including release planning, release notes, change management, and stakeholder communications
  • Supporting pre-production and production deployments, performing release validation, and ensuring successful implementation of changes

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Several years of experience working as a System Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or in a similar role
  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management
  • Experience working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and technical architects
  • Practical experience creating use cases, user stories, business features, and product backlog items
  • Experience working in agile software delivery environments
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
  • Hands-on experience with acceptance testing, requirements validation, and quality assurance activities
  • Experience supporting release management, deployment processes, and change management activities
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro, PowerPlatform, ServiceNow, or similar collaboration and delivery tools
  • Practical knowledge of process and system modeling techniques, including UML, BPMN, or similar approaches
  • Ability to assess and discuss technical feasibility of solutions with development teams
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders

Nice to Have
