We are looking for additional support for our Internal Production Systems Team!

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of our IT services and be responsible for the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous optimization of our backend and enterprise IT infrastructure. The focus is on Microsoft-based enterprise environments as well as server, virtualization, and storage systems. In addition, you manage selected cloud and Microsoft 365 services.
• Actively contribute to the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects and support the further development, standardization, and automation of our IT processes. Knowledge of PowerShell or comparable scripting technologies is an advantage.
• Ensure compliance with and implementation of our IT security requirements and support, among other things, access management and technical documentation.
• Manage our backup and recovery infrastructure. Basic knowledge of Linux environments is an advantage.
• Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for more complex technical issues and incidents.

Requirements

• Completed education with a focus on IT. Relevant professional experience as a System Engineer is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft system environments and experience with enterprise virtualization solutions and operating complex IT infrastructures.
• Work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, demonstrate a high degree of initiative, and stand out through your teamwork and communication skills.
• Very good German and good English skills.

• Knowledge of PowerShell or comparable scripting technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Linux environments.
