Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our high-performance backend systems. This role requires a strong technical foundation and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and integrated services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and implement new features
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Java applications that handle millions of daily transactions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards
• Work as part of a team, conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with others
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA preferred)

Requirements

• A seasoned Java developer with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in back-end and web development
• An expert in object-oriented design and development principles
• Possess a deep understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Adept with Git for version control and collaboration
• A strong communicator with excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
• Passionate about sharing knowledge, mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous learning
• A problem-solver with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Highly motivated with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
