About the Position
We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our design team. This role is fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers and other developers in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop backend services using Java, including modern Java-based API frameworks such as Spring Boot and Jersey to create REST-based APIs.
- Embrace Test Driven Development (TDD).
- Implement component-level automated tests.
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written English.
Requirements
- Fluency with Java backend development.
- Experience with Spring Boot and Jersey.
- Appreciation for Test Driven Development (TDD).
- Experience with implementing component-level automated tests.
- Good verbal and written English-language skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Java Restlet framework.
- Experience with Google Web Toolkit (GWT).
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Maven.
- Experience working with Cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of federated single sign-on using SAML protocol.
