Senior Java Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Java Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our engineering team in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Guatemala. You will develop high-impact page architectures for SEO, leading strategic responses to AI-driven SEO disruptions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic response to AI-driven SEO disruptions by developing and launching high-impact page architectures to improve organic search rankings.
• Drive organic traffic recovery initiatives using data-driven SEO strategies to reclaim market share impacted by AI-generated search summaries.
• Architect and optimize high-revenue conversion funnels, aligning new traffic acquisition with business growth and monetization goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Java as the primary programming language.
• Strong experience with the Spring framework.
• Experience designing and developing APIs.
• Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and React.
• Familiarity with MVC patterns and dependency injection.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MongoDB and MongoDB Atlas.
• Experience with AWS.
