About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Java Engineer to join our Research & Development – Engineering team. This is a full-time remote position.
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 a year
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services
- Write clean, maintainable code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of Java development experience
- Strong knowledge of Java and related frameworks
- Experience with AI tools in the hiring process is a plus
