About the Position
We're seeking a Senior Java Software Engineer with advanced experience in Java and microservices to join our international high-tech consultancy in Milan, Italy.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with PM, stakeholders, software architect, and engineering manager to translate business requirements into high-level technical solutions.
- Participate in the analysis of business requirements with PM and stakeholders.
- Define technical solutions in synergy with the team, software architect, and engineering manager.
- Document the solutions in detailed technical specifications.
- Estimate the effort required for each activity and support planning.
- Implement robust and scalable software solutions.
- Validate and verify the deliverables according to established quality criteria.
- Provide support during testing and troubleshooting phases.
Requirements
- Afgestudeerd in Informatica, Computerwetenschappen of vergelijkbaar;
- Geavanceerde ervaring met Java en bijbehorende frameworks (Springboot, enz.);
- Grondige kennis van microservices-architecturen en containerisatie (Docker, Kubernetes);
- Bekendheid met Agile-methodologieën voor projectbeheer;
- Vermogen om meerdere taken parallel uit te voeren;
- Effectieve communicatie en interactie met het team en stakeholders. Vloeiend zowel in het Italiaans als het Engels.
We Offer
- A permanent employment contract.
- A Gross Annual Salary (RAL) of at least 37,000 €, in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) Handel – Tertiair, Distributie en Diensten.
- A competitive compensation package that may exceed the mentioned amount based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
- Participation in project profit-sharing.
- An individual annual budget of 4,000 € netto for training and professional development.
- An annual welfare credit.
