About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Java Software Engineer with advanced experience in Java and related frameworks to join our team in Turin, Italy.
About the Role
The selected person will work closely with PMs, stakeholders, software architects, and engineering managers to translate business requirements into high-level technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the analysis of business requirements with PMs and stakeholders.
- Define technical solutions in synergy with the team, software architects, and engineering managers.
- Document the solutions in detailed technical specifications.
- Estimate the effort required for each activity and support planning.
- Implement robust and scalable software solutions.
- Validate and review deliverables according to established quality criteria.
- Provide support during testing and troubleshooting phases.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering
- Advanced experience with Java and related frameworks (Springboot, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of microservices architectures and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Effective communication and interaction with the team and stakeholders
- Fluency in both Italian and English
We Offer
- A permanent employment contract
- A base Gross Annual Salary (RAL) of no less than €36,000
