Senior Javascript Engineer (MaginePro)

About the Position

On behalf of our customer, we are looking for a Senior JavaScript Engineer with a background in digital media and OTT platforms to help develop the next generation TV and video experience for web and smartTV.

Responsibilities

• Test, design, code, and life-cycle-manage our web and smartTV products
• Develop our HTML template app used by our partners on the web
• Develop our web player SDK used for playing video streams
• Work together with other developers, product owners, testers, and designers

Requirements

• Solid experience with JavaScript and CSS/HTML
• Experience with React / Preact
• Experience with client/server architectures using HTTP, REST, and JSON
• Building SDKs
• Test automation and CI
• It’s a bonus if you have experience in any of these but not required: Enzyme or Cypress, Chromecast, TypeScript, GraphQL with Apollo, SmartTV app Development, or Video Streaming Services
