Senior Key Account Manager
Location: Zürich (with travel in German-speaking Switzerland)
Engagement: 80-100%

Your Mission
You will take on the strategic responsibility for our most important clients and develop long-term, trusting partnerships at the C-Level.
Responsibilities
- Strategic management and development of our top accounts
- Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships at management and executive levels
- Identifying growth potentials and developing new business opportunities
- Advising our clients on digital transformation and delivery services
- Responsibility for account strategies, sales development, and forecasting
- Managing complex sales processes from the initial idea to successful completion
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary expert teams
- Stakeholder management, target-group-oriented communication, and orchestration of topics with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Negotiating contracts and accompanying strategic tenders
- Market monitoring and active positioning of Xebia as a trusted advisor to the client
Requirements
- You combine entrepreneurial thinking with a strong customer focus
- You move confidently at the C-Level and build trust through personality and competence
- Several years of experience in key account management in the IT/technology environment
- Proven success in building and expanding strategic major clients
- Strong understanding of digitalization, software, cloud, or technology solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High degree of self-responsibility, drive, and closing strength
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good German and English skills are a must
- Ideally, you have a strong network in the Swiss enterprise environment
