About the Position
Senior Kundenpartner (m/w/d)
100% Remote
We are collaborating with a leading, globally active technology and IT service company that is in a phase of strong growth and strategic expansion in Germany. As part of this development, we are seeking an experienced professional as a Senior Client Partner, responsible for managing and further developing executive-level relationships within major enterprise clients.
This role is of high strategic importance, combining top-management consulting with revenue responsibility and the holistic management of complex transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Building, maintaining, and strategically developing executive relationships with major enterprise clients
- Acting as a trusted sparring partner for C-Level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, COO, CFO)
- Developing and implementing multi-year account strategies
- Ensuring sustainable revenue growth and responsibility for significant P&L budgets
- Leading large-scale transformation programs in the areas of cloud, infrastructure, and digital platforms
- Managing interdisciplinary delivery teams in complex multi-tower environments
- Identifying new business potentials and expanding existing client portfolios
- Ensuring operational excellence and long-term customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience as a Partner, Associate Partner, Client Executive, or in a comparable senior leadership role
- Proven success in managing and expanding large enterprise accounts
- Solid background in IT services, managed services, or digital transformation
- Experience in leading complex outsourcing or infrastructure transformation programs
- Proven P&L responsibility and strong commercial understanding
- Confident demeanor at executive and board level
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to strategically align sales, consulting, and delivery teams
- Fluency in German and English
