Our Bangalore office, located in Manyata Tech Park, is one of our newest and most dynamic hubs. Here, we are building a next-generation, AI-driven supply chain product from the ground up. Operating in a hybrid work model, this location offers a unique opportunity to join the development team at an early stage and play a key role in shaping the future of our product and technology landscape.

Responsibilities

Design and develop front-end and back-end components within service-based architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Own the end-to-end software lifecycle, from ideation and system design to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Apply T-shaped engineering principles, contributing beyond core specialization to areas such as product understanding, UX impact, reliability, and security.
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance architecture, developer productivity, and product capabilities.
Drive automation across system setup, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and operational processes in collaboration with DevOps practices.
Identify system bottlenecks, technical debt, and architectural gaps; lead initiatives for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and Security to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
Engage in technical discussions with global stakeholders, contributing to architecture decisions, standards, and best practices.
Make informed technical decisions by evaluating trade-offs across engineering, product, and operational dimensions.
Promote engineering excellence by establishing reusable patterns, frameworks, and tooling.
Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
Experience: 8+ years of experience in modern web applications and distributed systems
Skills:
- Frontend: TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, PrimeVue.js
- Backend: Java 17+, Spring Boot
- Architecture: Strong knowledge of modular architecture, API design, microservices
- Tools: Git, Gradle, Maven, GitLab CI/CD, Jira, Confluence
- Cloud: Working knowledge of AWS, CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies
- Monitoring and Observability: Experience with monitoring, logging, observability
- Security: Understanding of security fundamentals (authentication, authorization, secure coding)
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is a plus

ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Knowledge of inventory, supply chain, order management workflows
Experience with ERP APIs, data synchronization, interoperability
