We are launching a new product and are looking for a Senior / Lead PPC Specialist. The main goal of this role is to launch a new business marketing from scratch through Google Ads with subsequent scaling and expansion of channels. We are looking for not just a line manager, but a future CMO who has a co-founder's mindset and is ready to win the competition against global giants through speed and AI automation.

In this role, you will get:

• Direct track to Head of Marketing/CMO: a real chance to quickly grow to top management through launching and scaling a business from scratch;

Your area of influence:

• Manage the end-to-end marketing strategy: planning, launching, and scaling campaigns (responsible for budget and ROMI);
• Work with data daily: monitoring metrics, analyzing cohorts and LTV, identifying anomalies, making decisions based on data, not intuition;
• Form and lead the marketing team as the project scales.

For this, you will need:

• 3+ years of experience specifically with Google Ads in an advertising agency or product company with tangible results in Tier 1 markets;
• Experience working with budgets from $100k/month;
• Experience in-depth work with Google Analytics / Amplitude / Tableau;
• Experience optimizing metrics CPL, CAC, LTV, ROMI/ROAS, ROI/ROR + real experience in improving QS;
• English Upper-Intermediate +;
• Hypothesis-driven approach + data-driven approach;
• Ability to analyze competitors' strategies and results;
• Experience working with other traffic channels (Meta, Tiktok, CPA-networks, Twitter, etc);
• Co-founder/leader mindset, not an executor;
• Experience managing a team.
