Senior / Lead Tech Product Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior / Lead Tech Product Manager to define strategic product vision and roadmaps for high-impact platforms in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Define Strategic Product Vision & Roadmaps: Develop and articulate a compelling product strategy and comprehensive roadmap for high-impact, large-scale platforms, aligning product goals with broad organizational and public-sector objectives.
• Lead End-to-End Modernization & Delivery: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from discovery and rapid prototyping to full-scale launch and iterative optimization, ensuring systems are modern, scalable, and compliant with security requirements.
• Navigate Complex Stakeholder Ecosystems
• Drive User-Centricity & Data-Driven Insights
• Foster Product Excellence & Capability Building: Mentor and lead product teams, championing agile methodologies, design thinking, and emerging technology adoption to build a high-performing product culture.

Requirements

• Extensive Product Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex consumer, enterprise, or platform products at scale.
• Exceptional Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Strong Analytical & Systems Thinking
• Mastery of Agile & Modern Product Practices
